If you want to exchange an item:
If the exchange is for another item we will refund the amount through Wabi Sabi online store and you can make a new purchase in the store.
If you want to exchange the size or color and the amount is the same as your original purchase just send us an email requesting the change. After checking the availability we will send you a confirmation email with the next steps. In this case the customer must pay the shipping costs of returning the item and sending the new request.
Wabi Sabi online store only sells items in perfect condition. If by exception you get a garment with a defect or in case Wabi Sabi sends by mistake a different item then the requested, please contact us email@example.com . In this case, Wabi Sabi will cover the shipping costs.
If your order qualified for free shipping, the client will have to pay transportation costs for return. No returns will be accepted freight collect.
We are confident that our customers will be satisfied with all purchases.
In case you want to request a refund or exchange an item, just send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than 7 days following the date of receipt of the product, letting us know the reason for return.
Items must be returned:
