I came across the Japanese philosophy "Wabi Sabi" one day while doing research about how different cultures define beauty. This philosophy expressed my own ideas about the essence of beauty. The concept perfectly describes why sustainable fashion is beautiful and so I decided to name the company I was just about to launch Wabi Sabi Ecofashionconcept.
The universe of Wabi Sabi:
Beauty is something that occurs between one and another thing in a situation, circumstance or context. Beauty lies not only in spectacular things, but in small details.
Some examples of Wabi Sabi:
a paper swirling in the wind
a plant that grows through the crack in a wall
a ray of sunlight that filters through a cracked window
a tree that changes with the seasons.
